Directions
From New Haven Area 91 North
- Take Route 91 North to exit 35B. At the end of the ramp make
a left at the light. Go straight to the intersection of Blue
Hills Avenue, and then make a right onto Blue Hills Avenue.
At the second light make a left onto Park Avenue. Wintonbury
Care Center is approximately ¼ mile down on your right.
From Springfield Area 91 South
- Take Route 91 South to exit 35B. At the end of the ramp make
