Directions

From Waterbury

• 84 East to Exit 34
  (Rt. 372/Crooked Street/Plainville)
• At the bottom of the ramp go left.
  Go straight to the end of the road. At this point you can only go left or right
  Go left (this is West 372).
• At the 3rd light, go right at the gas station (Cooke Street).
  Go for about 1 ½ miles to the light, bear right onto Rt. 10.
  Follow to next light and go left onto Scott Swamp Road (Silo restaurant is there). Farmington Care Center will be on the right (awning says Care Manor).

From Hartford

• 84 West to exit 38 (Rt. 6 West/ Bristol exit)
  Continue along Rt. 6 for 3.2 miles.
  At the foot of the hill, take a left at the light (Exxon station) onto Scott Swamp Road. Farmington Care Center is on the left.

From New Britain

• 72 West to exit 2 (Rt. 372 Plainville)
  At the bottom of the ramp take a left.
  At next light take a right onto Cooke Street at gas station.
  Go for about 1.5 miles to the light/bear right (this is Rt. 10)
  And at the next light, go left onto Scott Swamp road. Farmington Care Center will be on the right.
