Farmington Care Center is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in the beautiful Farmington Valley. Just minutes from Hartford, Farmington Care Center is located close to all major hospitals including UCONN John Dempsey, New Britain General Hospital and Bristol Hospital.

A secured Alzheimer / Dementia unit is available at Farmington Care Center. The unit offers a specialized activity calendar, a full-time Program Director, and specially trained, compassionate staff. In addition, the secured unit has an adjacent outdoor area, allowing residents a safe place to enjoy outside activities.

Farmington Care Center continues to provide a range of post-acute medical and rehabilitative services. This includes an individualized program for Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies. Skilled nursing is provided in the areas of intravenous (IV) therapy, complex wound care, tracheotomy care, pain management, and hospice care.
