MANCHESTER – In late 2016, Touchpoints at Manchester received a very kind, hand-written thank you note from the family of a recently discharged resident thanking staff for all of the hard work and attentive care she received. Although many notes, cards, surveys and other feedback are received this one stood out and was held for posting to the new company website.
The note reads in part, “We would like to thank you for all the things you did above and beyond for us and our mom…I will never forget how happy the flowers in my mom’s room made her…I’ll never forget how special Yuri made her feel everyday and how he kept us laughing. My mom was grateful for all the staff…You are all a wonderful caring group that made us confident my mom would be well cared for even when we had to leave her. Thank you all for helping us through some difficult moments, for caring, and for being so kind.”
